Our Customer Service department provides an after-sales service to help you with any problems you may have with our products and deliveries. Our aim is to provide a fast and efficent service to our customers.

If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted product within the following 30 calendar days of the delivery date marked on the order. (Offering our customers a greater period than the 14 days stated by Spanish Law in art. 102 & 104, of the R.D.L. 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the general law for the defence of consumers and users (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios) and other complementary laws.).*

Simply send back the “unused” product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all guarantees, labels and instructions of use. Please remember that the customer pays shipping costs to return an item to our warehouse, but JustMakeroom pays shipping costs to send the exchanged item to the customer.

It is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.

If you request a refund, we will refund the amount you paid for your goods excluding the original delivery and the charge for returning the goods (unless they are faulty or damaged). The delivery charge is non-refundable. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they return to us and this causes the damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Any products returned should be unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, please check your goods thoroughly to ensure you are satisfied before disposing of your packaging.

Goods that are made to order are excluded from our standard cancellation policy and therefore we will not ordinarily be able to change such orders, make a refund or exchange any made to order item.

Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and their condition has been checked, will accept the return and will proceed to process the corresponding exchange or refund, according to the form of payment used to place the order:

a. If you paid for your order by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same credit card account.
b. If you paid for your order by paypal, the amount will be refunded to your paypal account

Note: The amount will be refunded to your account within a period of 20 days, which will be calculated from the date the returned goods were received at our warehouse. Bear in mind that if you paid by credit card, the refund will probably not be shown on your bank invoice until it is updated, the following month.

Bear in mind that will not accept returns with unpaid shipping. Before sending back a product, please contact our Customer Service department.

NOTE: Natural material variations
We supply high quality furniture/objects grade wood, mable and other natural materials. This may vary for grain, colour, knots and other markings. We do our best to select and match as appropriate but we cannot accept returns on the basis of natural variations.

Wood is an active material, in that it is known to have dimensional changes depending upon moisture, temperature and humidity.

We purchase and supply wood which has been dried to correct moisture content but sometimes warpage and shrinkage can still occur, especially when the furniture is shipped to drier climates from where it was made. We cannot accept returns that stem from climactic differences. Should movement occur in the wood, addressing issues of temperature and moisture usually resolves the issue.
